Seva Elite Staffing: A Website and SEO for a New York Placement Agency
Seva Elite Staffing is a household placement agency in New York that introduces carefully vetted nannies, housekeepers, caregivers and other household staff to families. I built its website on Next.js in July 2026, and since August 2026 I have run its SEO on a monthly retainer — remotely, from India, for a market on the other side of the world.

Who is Seva Elite Staffing?
Seva Elite Staffing LLC is based in Long Island City, New York. It places nannies, newborn care specialists, housekeepers, household managers, private caregivers, private chefs and drivers, including temporary placements. Families hire the professional directly; the agency finds, screens and introduces them.
Its service area is New York City, Westchester County, Long Island and the Hamptons, with neighbourhood-level focus inside Manhattan and Brooklyn.
What did the business need?
A placement agency has two audiences on one website: families who need help at home, and household professionals looking for their next position. Each needs its own path, its own form and its own reasons to trust the agency — and neither should have to wade through content meant for the other.
Search in this category is local and specific. A family searches for a role in a place — a nanny on the Upper East Side, a housekeeper in Westchester. The site's structure had to match that from the start, so the SEO retainer would have pages to grow rather than a site to rebuild.
What was built?
- Custom-coded website on Next.js and React
- Separate journeys for families (share your needs) and candidates (register, current opportunities)
- Services section covering each household role the agency places
- Lead-capture forms with a clear call to action on every page
- Trust-focused design — licensing, screening process and how placements work, stated plainly
- Mobile-first, fully responsive layout
- Blog section for the agency's articles

How is the site set up for search?
- Complete on-page SEO — titles, meta descriptions and headings
- Schema markup and an XML sitemap for clean indexing
- Clean, crawlable structure with readable URLs
- Optimised WebP images and HTTPS throughout
What the SEO retainer covers
The retainer started in August 2026 and is run fully remotely from India.
- Technical SEO and site health
- Service and location page architecture built around New York hiring searches
- Content targeting high-value placement queries
- Schema markup
- Authority building to grow qualified organic enquiries
- Google Search Console monitoring
When did each stage happen?
- July 2026 — Website launched
- August 2026 — Monthly SEO retainer started
What are the results so far?
None are published yet. The retainer began in August 2026; SEO on a new domain takes months to show in the data, and quoting early numbers would mislead you.
When there are at least three months of Search Console data and the client agrees to share it, this page will be updated with real figures and the date range they cover.
What does this project show?
Working for a client in New York from India is a scheduling question, not a quality one. Written updates and a clear monthly report matter more than overlapping office hours.
Structure first: building the role and location pages into the site at launch is what lets the retainer focus on content and authority instead of rework.
