Freelancer Abhi provides website development, SEO, social media marketing, business listing optimization, and IT support services. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before any paid engagement begins.
Free Offers
Free SEO audits and demo websites are promotional offerings. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or limit these offers based on business scope, availability, or eligibility.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have rights to any content, logos, images, or data you share.
Payments & Refunds
Paid services require agreed payments as outlined in proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any exceptions must be confirmed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. Freelancer Abhi retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless a written NDA or restriction is agreed upon.
No Guarantees
While we aim to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors.
Limitation of Liability
Freelancer Abhi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
